PIPES: |
AHE is invented and patented by our China’s Company. The pipe's construction is Aluminum Alloy which is lined with inner pipe of food-grade Polypropylene (PP-R) plastics material. The piping system can be used for cold and heated water supply systems; both above ground and below ground. Our piping system is cheaper, stronger, lighter, more durable and more environmentally friendly than other similar piping systems in the world today.
AHE pipes are jointed together by magnalium alloy fittings with the same plastic materials PP-R. Water passes through inside the PP-R and does not come in contact with any outer pipe content. Hence we guarantee cleanliness and quality.

COMPARISON WITH OTHER PIPING SYSTEMS IN A SIMILAR APPLICATION: |
Attribute |
Metallic Piping Systems i.e. Copper, Stainless Steel |
Plastic Piping Systems i.e. PVC, Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP) |
Cost |
We are approximately 1/3 of the price of copper and 1/2 of the price of stainless steel. Longer life span means further cost savings in the long run. |
The system would be more expensive than plastic systems smaller sizes but comparable at larger sizes. |
Environmentally |
No rust, no corrosion and little chance of contamination, water remains in the inner PP pipe only. Guarantee life span of at least 50 years. |
The system is more durable and hence creating less rubbish. |
Weight |
We are approximately 1/2 of the weight of copper and 1/3 of the weight of stainless steel. |
The system would be of comparable weight to plastics systems. |
Installation |
Easy to install (with a spanner only) and no need to weld. Further savings on labour and transport cost due to light weight. |
Comparable at smaller sizes and expected to be lower for larger sizes. |
Thermal |
Due to the plastic lining the system would have more superior insulation properties than metallic systems. |
The system would be comparable in terms of insulation properties with plastics systems. |
Mechanical |
The system has equivalent mechanical strength to comparable metallic systems. |
The system has more superior mechanical strength than plastics systems. |
Noise |
Due to the plastic lining the system would have better superior acoustics than metallic systems. |
Acoustics would be comparable to plastics systems. |
Appearance |
The system has comparable aesthetic appearance to comparable metallic systems, more superior than copper. |
The system has superior better aesthetic appearance than plastics systems. |
Impact |
The product would have comparable impact resistance to comparable metallic systems. |
Due to the metallic structure the product would have more superior impact resistance than plastics. |
